Plymouth Construction Training Group formed in 1977 and is an independent members organisation.
We are funded by the CITB to support mainly Self employed - zero PAYE; Micro (one person to 9 employees) and SME construction businesses in Plymouth and the Plymouth travel to work area.

Construction is one of the most vital sectors in the UK. The City of Plymouth is anticipated to need an additional 10,000 construction jobs to meet the skills challenge of delivering a wide range of new projects. Going forward, the Group's strategy is to help the industry within the local area to remain strong and assist those involved to continue through this unstable economic climate.
Plymouth Construction Training Group is committed to promoting and raising the standards of the training activity to the construction industry and its wider membership.
Through our PCTG Quarterly meetings and AGM, our Committee are a sounding board for our members to discuss issues that our members' face and the challenges that our industry presents.
